A yesterday. I search for information on the Woodtek 162491, Hardware, Furniture, Miscellaneous, Glider Rocker Bearing, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
I have 2 old glider chairs. all bearing of arms by glider were badly. I ordered 2 sets of 4 arms, the fit was perfect in every way. did better than original equipment. strong metal stamping anodized to protect the metal. good ball bearing construction. I'm using them on outdoor furniture and gave them and the chairs a new coat of paint. I bought new pillows now seem new chairs. made my glider like gliding on air!
Easily repair an existing glider or build a new one. Steel arms with ball bearings in each end make glider rocker assembly a simple task. Steel brackets have ball bearings spaced 7-1/2" apart on center. Bearings are offset 2-1/4" to allow clearance between stationary base and moving components.
